I visited these premises to have my car looked at.  It was a Saturday morning and after opening time according to the website I looked at. I walked up to the door and touched the door handle. Next thing I heard was a very loud announcement, loud enough for the whole estate to hear, saying (I might have two words incorrect), "WE ARE CLOSED, MOVE AWAY FROM THESE PREMISES OR WE WILL CALL THE POLICE." I jumped at the loudness as it frightened the living daylights out of me and I felt embarrassed at the attention it drew towards me as if I was a criminal suspect. I understand their need for security but.... I later discovered from another site on the Web that they are no longer open on Saturdays.  As I have been asked, this was my experience.

I am amazed at the service and care from Ollie and the team.  I originally called and spoke with the lovely Chloe,  who I have to say has the best customer service I have ever had from a garage before.  My car was an odd one that 3 mechanics couldn't fix and luckily Chloe listened to my concerns and moaning and managed to fit me in within the week to get my car fixed.  I was expecting my car to be in for a good few days and Chloe called me the same day and said Ollie had managed to sort the car with the team the cost was a lot lower than I was expected and I cant thank them enough.
